Our Vision - "Every person is a Leader"
At Family Christian Center we believe that God has raised us up with a special calling and focus in the area of restoration. Our heartbeat is to see people get connected to and develop an intimate relationship with God and to equip them to fulfill their destiny. Family Christian Center: "Restoring you to fulfill your Destiny."

Our Strategy at Family Christian Center employs the Principle of Twelve as our operating system. This principle is based on the model of Jesus and his twelve. Its primary focus is multiplication and discipleship through the principle of mentorship. The model of Jesus is based on four basic principles:

WIN - winning the lost is the biblical way of building the church. We evangelize primarily through our networks and by many other creative means.

CONNECT - giving care and nurture to every new believer until they are able to stand. The process of connection is accomplished through taking The Journey. The Journey is a 12-week course that involves three phases: 1) A four-week journey to the cross; 2) A weekend three-day journey through the cross; and 3) A 7-week journey with the cross.

DISCIPLE - Our Discovery course answers the need for discipleship by training every believer in the rudimentary principles of leadership and vision. There are three levels, each lasting 10 weeks. The goal of the Discovery course is to equip members with the leadership skills needed to launch ministries and to effectively lead small groups.

SEND - We believe that every member should be a minister, so we challenge every member, once trained, to launch their ministry or start a cell group. The need for dedicated workers in the harvest is great. You can make a difference!
