School of Leadership Development
The School of Leadership Development (S.O.L.D) offers a range of courses in discipleship and leadership development such as:

The Journey to Freedom - The Journey to freedom (Freedom) is a 12-week course taught in three phases: 1) Journey to the cross four weeks; 2) journey through the cross (a three-day weekend retreat) and journey with the cross (seven weeks of basic doctrine). Taking the Journey helps new believers to make a meaningful connection to the body of Christ and is a basic requirement for membership at FCC.

Discovery - a six-week course designed to train believers in the rudimentary principles of leadership and vision. Those desiring to become cell group leaders at FCC are required to complete this course. Becoming a small group leader is the place where most people come to realize their hidden gift of leadership and a host of other hidden talents.
